From box to fleet performance
Receiving an IVMS device is only the beginning.
Squarell supports the complete deployment process, from factory preparation to installation, automatic configuration and long-term Device Management.
The objective is simple: every installed device should immediately become a valuable part of your fleet.
Factory preparation
Before shipment, every device is:
- fully tested
- loaded with the latest approved firmware
- linked to your organisation
- prepared with the agreed configuration
- checked for compatibility with your application
Because every product is manufactured by Squarell in the Netherlands, complete traceability is maintained throughout its lifetime.
Easy installation
Squarell devices are designed for fast installation using application-specific cable sets and our non-intrusive CANcliQ technology wherever possible.
This reduces installation time while avoiding unnecessary modifications to the vehicle.
Automatic recognition
After installation, the device automatically connects to ExpertView.
Where supported, the vehicle is identified automatically and the correct OEM-specific DCF is assigned. The required configuration, Parameter Groups and subscriptions are then activated remotely.
The result is a standard hardware platform that can be adapted to many different applications without changing the device itself.
Validation
Before a device becomes operational, we verify that:
- communication is working
- the correct vehicle or asset has been identified
- the required Parameter Groups are active
- data is delivered correctly
- the device is fully configured
Only then is the installation accepted.
Managed throughout its lifetime
Deployment does not end after installation.
Using ExpertView, Squarell can remotely manage:
- firmware updates
- DCF updates
- configuration changes
- Parameter Groups
- Subscriptions
- communication settings
Your devices continue to evolve throughout their operational lifetime, ensuring they remain compatible with new vehicles, new applications and future software developments.
