Squarell introduces the new colours for the DatacliQ: the contactless vehicle data reader for CAN Bus, SAE J1708 and ISO 11992 Bus protocols. There are four types of DatacliQs for the different protocols. Previously these were all purple, but from now on Squarell offers a different colour DatacliQ for each type.
About the DatacliQ: the DatacliQ is a patented contactless vehicle data reader. The DatacliQ is an optional Special Function Device (SFD) that can be ordered in combination with a Squarell vehicle data interface. The CANcliQ is included as the standard SFD when purchasing a Squarell data interface.

CANcliQ for CAN
Green – 1st CAN Bus connection.
DatacliQ for CAN
Purple – 2nd CAN Bus connection
DatacliQ for CAN
Yellow – 3rd CAN Bus connection
DatacliQ for ISO 11992
Orange – ISO 11992 Bus (trailer) connection
DatacliQ for J1708
Blue – SAE J1708 connection
Why the change of colours?
Different colours make it easier for our customers and installers to identify what kind of DatacliQ they’re dealing with. You no longer have to look at the ID on the label anymore. For technical questions, please go to our Support Portal.
Order the DatacliQ in combination with a Squarell vehicle data interface: SOLID, REMOTE or the BE.
