Radlink Communications

The voice of experience in wireless integration

Radio Communication Network | Radlink Communications

Radlink is established in 2007 to fill a niche in the Western Australian market that requires focused local technical support. They’ve since earned a reputation as one of the country’s leaders in the integration of radio technology solutions. Their service base also covers most areas of Australia, allowing them to offer a timely response to the needs of the industry.

Radlink helped shopping centres, hospitals, universities and emergency service agencies build radio networks for communication and public safety. They’ve designed and installed communication systems for local governments, port authorities and utility companies. They’re widely respected as one of the largest suppliers of radio communication networks and equipment to the mining, oil and gas industries, which present unique communication challenges in mission critical communications.

Radlink’s communications engineers and technicians are drawn from all over the world and bring vast skills from their broad collective experience. They have served in frontline and control room-type situations in military operations, police and emergency services as well as commercial industrial businesses, retail services, universities and government agencies.

Our mission is simple: to provide the right solution for our clients – and make it work.

This can-do attitude means they help their clients solve complex business problems by providing communication networks which go way beyond just voice radio. Their experience and independence across all product ranges and technologies let them select the optimum components, then design and integrate a solution that meets stringent customer requirements and provides a future proof platform.

With a team of over 100 communications specialists, no challenge is too big.

Case study –  A new partnership

Recently Radlink Communications has been working with Toxfree – one of Australia’s leading environmental, waste management, healthcare and industrial service providers with their ‘In-Vehicle Data Management System’ (IVMS). Toxfree chose Radlink Communications as their integration partners to design, build, supply, install and support IVMS installations in their sizable vehicle fleet.

Radlink Communications selected Squarell’s cost effective technology for its non-intrusive connectivity to a vehicle CANbus but also its widely configurable functionality. From the moment Radlink Communications started talking to Squarell, we have received nothing but quality “Personal, Prompt and Accurate” service.

The Squarell Support team led by Jaap Visser and supported by Roderik Pleij have been critical to the success of the Toxfree IVMS solution and implementation of the Proof of Concept (POC). Their ability to interact with our engineering and installation teams to assist and develop the required solution has been second to none. The Support team has also been able to listen to our ideas and provide a solution to the cabling and connector requirements.

The Squarell Sales team, in particular, Sandra van Gelderen and Martine van Dam, have provided Radlink with impeccable customer service and guidance. There have been occasions where they have exceeded our expectations ensuring items ordered have arrived at the desired locations on time.

Mervyn Blank, Squarell’s Ambassador, recently visited Radlink Communications head office in Perth providing an opportunity to visit Toxfree to understand the engagement. We very much look forward to partnering with Squarell and working together on this and future ventures.
