The ISO Trailer Data Parameter Group provides direct access to operational trailer information through the ISO 11992 communication network between the truck and trailer.
Fleet operators receive harmonised information about trailer identification, axle loads, cargo weight and Electronic Braking System (EBS) status, allowing trailers to be managed with the same level of intelligence as powered vehicles.
The ISO Trailer Data Parameter Group provides a complete operational overview of connected trailers, including identification, loading information and brake system status.
How does it work?
The Squarell IVMS uses a CANcliQ to safely read the ISO 11992 communication network between the truck and trailer.
The ISO Trailer Data Parameter Group continuously collects operational information from up to two connected trailers and converts this into one harmonised Parameter Group.
In addition to trailer identification and weight information, the Parameter Group also reports important Electronic Braking System (EBS), ABS and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) status information.
