Vehicle Totals (VHT)

Understanding how your vehicles are being used.

The Vehicle Totals Parameter Group records the operational activity of the vehicle throughout every trip.

Rather than focusing on driver behavior, Vehicle Totals summarizes how the vehicle has been used by measuring operating times, fuel consumption and equipment usage.

This provides fleet operators with objective operational information for fleet management, maintenance planning and utilization analysis.

Business Value

The Vehicle Totals Parameter Group provides a compact operational summary of every vehicle.

Driving time, idling, PTO usage, cruise control activity and fuel consumption are automatically summarized, allowing fleet operators to understand how vehicles are actually being used.

These operational statistics support maintenance planning, fleet utilization analysis, fuel management and long-term operational optimization.

Why Squarell?

Most telematics systems transmit raw vehicle parameters.

Squarell converts these measurements into meaningful operational summaries before transmission.

The result is less communication traffic, easier application development and immediate operational insight without analyzing thousands of individual vehicle messages.
