Vehicle data collection devices

SOLID

SOLID is our most robust multi-source vehicle data collection device. It is part of the range of Squarell solutions for advanced vehicle data. With configurable functionality and extended connectivity (CANbus/RS232), SOLID can be used in automotive applications like telematics, real-time monitoring, measurement and interfacing.

SOLID+

SOLID+ is a state of the art One Box Solution designed for automotive use according to ISO 7637-2. The SOLID+ is a small box equipped with RTC. It can handle all vehicle networks and has three Special Function Device ports (SFD) available.

REMOTE

The REMOTE is the one box solution that combines a vehicle data collection device with modem functionality. The compact design houses everything you need to provide your customers with high quality vehicle data, versatile connectivity and advanced Squarell solutions.

REMOTE+

REMOTE+ is a state of the art One Box Solution designed for automotive use according to ISO 7637-2. The REMOTE+ is a small box equipped with a Modem, GNSS/GPS, G-sensor and RTC. It can handle all vehicle networks and has three Special Function Device ports (SFD) available.

BE

The BE is the next generation of Linux data processing devices for automotive, industrial and climate control systems. This modular system is future-ready and designed for harsh environments.

Trailer Box

A trailer data collection device can gather information about the weight and temperature of the cargo, the VIN number, the mileage, the doors, the tire pressure system, maintenance, GPS location, behaviour on the road, theft during parking, the braking system, and the cooling unit.

CANcliQ

The CANcliQ reads vehicle signals without making a wire to wire connection. This eliminates liability matters, warranty issues or possible wrong connections. Note: the CANcliQ is only available in combination with a Squarell vehicle data collection device.

DAP

The Squarell Driver Awareness Panel is an intelligent in-vehicle display providing drivers the stimulation they need to drive smarter. It works on every vehicle with a Squarell vehicle data collection device and gives visual and audible notifications to the driver on several performance indicators without being intrusive.

POM

Cameras in trucks can provide safety and give fleet managers more visibility into overall fleet safety. Integrating dash cam video with fleet management software gives managers insight into driver behaviors such as hard braking, hard cornering, rapid acceleration, or speeding.

Fuel Level Sensor

Some vehicle models don’t support fuel level as a parameter on the vehicle CAN bus. The Squarell Fuel Level Sensor is a universal product to read the fuel level from the existing fuel level sensor on the tank and translates this signal into a standard Squarell message.

Bluetooth module

Why use a separate modem with SIM as you probably have a smartphone with a Bluetooth connection? An SFD Bluetooth device can inform the driver through a smartphone with actual information about the truck, trailer and cargo.

DatacliQ

After the launch of the CANcliQ, Squarell introduced the new and innovative DatacliQ. The DatacliQ can retrieve data from CAN, J1708 and ISO11992 buses.
